Refunds & Exchanges
We inspect all of our products before they are shipped. Due to the nature of the kind of product's we have, used candles or wax melts can not be returned, or refunded. We will replace or refund if there is damage from shipment, if you respond within seven days of receiving the damaged product with photographic proof of the damage and summited to Supreme Scents Candle Company.
You can exchange the product with the same size candle. The Buyer will be responsible for the shipping cost on all returns items.
